F&O Business Analyst - CPA/Finance Background | Sydney-Based End User | Rare Greenfield Opportunity

Are you a finance professional with Microsoft Dynamics F&O experience and a passion for transformation? We're working with a Sydney-based end user at the very start of their greenfield Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation - and they're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a CPA or strong finance background to join their program from day one.

Greenfield end user roles like this are extremely rare in today's market, I predict this won't stay on the market for long.

To be considered you MUST have strong stakeholder management/communications skills and previous F&O implementation experience.

What you'll be doing:

*

Act as a key liaison between finance stakeholders and the technical implementation team.
*

Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
*

Support the design and configuration of Finance modules in D365 F&O.
*

Assist in testing, training, and adoption across finance functions.
*

Ensure alignment between business goals and solution delivery throughout the project.



What we're looking for:

*

CPA or equivalent finance qualification.
*

At least one full end-to-end F&O implementation (ideally as a Business Analyst or Consultant).
*

Strong knowledge of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.
*

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - highly valued by the business.
*

A hands-on, proactive approach and a passion for driving change.
