Job Title: ERP Technical Analyst

Location: Chino, CA (On-site, Monday-Friday)
Reports to: Director of Information Technology & ERP

Position Summary:

We are seeking an ERP Technical Analyst to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system and its integrations. This role involves troubleshooting, process improvement, report development, and automation across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support upgrades and projects for Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
* Troubleshoot and resolve NAV/BC 365 and CRM issues
* Gather requirements, analyze processes, document workflows, and support testing/training
* Design reports in Power BI and customize BC using AL code and RDLC
* Integrate software using APIs and OData
* Automate processes with Power Automate
* Manage and prioritize support tickets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM (Sales/CE), and Power Automate
* Proficiency in Power BI and DAX
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Familiarity with Visual Studio, ERP concepts, and API integrations
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
* 1-3 years in a hands-on IT or ERP support role
