About the Role:



As the Technical Lead, you'll spearhead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions. You'll lead cross-functional Agile teams, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor fellow engineers, and play an active role in technical pre-sales and stakeholder engagement. What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of skilled developers, ensuring code quality and delivery excellence.

Architect and build robust, scalable cloud-based applications.

Champion Agile best practices and modern software engineering principles.

Conduct code reviews, lead architectural discussions, and drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to technical pre-sales, PoCs, and client solutioning.

What We're Looking For:



*

Expert-level skills in C# .NET / .NET Core.
*

Proven experience building enterprise-level software systems.
*

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
*

Deep understanding of DDD, TDD, and SOLID principles.
*

Experience designing and securing RESTful APIs.
*

Strong background in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
*

Solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
*

Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
*

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities.



Nice to Have:

Frontend development experience (Angular, React, or Vue.js).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
*
