Regional IT Lead - IT Infrastructure (Senior Manager Level)

Are you a seasoned IT Infrastructure leader ready to shape and drive a regional technology landscape? We are looking for a Senior Manager / Lead - IT Infrastructure to take ownership of our enterprise IT environment across Asia regions (8+ countries), ensuring stability, scalability, security, and compliance. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and a forward-looking mindset.



Key Responsibilities

* Lead and execute the regional IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
* Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance.
* Lead IT Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance teams.
* Drive innovation, process improvements, and KPI performance
* Partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors



Requirements

* Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
* 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, preferably in regional or enterprise environments.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of:

* Network infrastructure
* Servers & storage
* Virtualization & cloud technologies

* Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure & cloud technologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Regional experience in APAC is a strong advantage
* Exposure to AI-related projects from an infrastructure standpoint will be an advantage.
