The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for someone relatively early in their career who has experience across product, digital projects, business systems or technology implementation and wants to develop into a broader product/digital transformation role.

You'll work closely with teams across the business to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver new digital products, features, systems and integrations.

The role offers significant exposure to both the business and technology sides, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of products and projects as you develop.

Key responsibilities

* Gather and translate business requirements into clear product and feature specifications
* Support the development and management of product roadmaps
* Help prioritise features, improvements and integration opportunities
* Work with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to deliver digital solutions
* Coordinate system implementations, rollouts and enhancements
* Support testing, UAT and quality assurance activities
* Work closely with technical/development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
* Monitor user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Support onboarding, documentation and training for new systems and features
* Help drive adoption of new digital products and technologies across the organisation
* Contribute to wider digital transformation and process improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

This isn't necessarily about having years of Product Management experience. We're particularly interested in someone who has demonstrated an ability to own projects, understand business requirements and work across both business and technology teams.

You might come from a background such as:

* Product Coordinator / Associate Product Manager
* Junior Product Manager / Product Owner
* Digital Project Manager
* Business Analyst
* IT / Business Systems Specialist
* Digital Transformation Specialist
* Application / Systems Specialist

Ideally, you'll have some experience with:

* Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
* Product or project delivery
* Digital products, applications or business systems
* System implementations or integrations
* Roadmaps, backlogs or feature prioritisation
* UAT/testing and change management
* Working with external vendors or development teams
