About the Role

Our client, a well-established multinational company, is looking for a proactive and business-oriented professional to join its Digital Transformation team. Despite the title of Business Analyst, this role is heavily focused on project coordination, stakeholder management, and driving digital initiatives across different business functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business users and internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and gather business requirements.
* Coordinate digital enhancement projects from requirement gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
* Evaluate business requests and collaborate with technical teams to determine solution feasibility.
* Prepare functional specifications, business process flows, user stories, and wireframes where required.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage testing activities, and ensure business requirements are met before deployment.
* Work closely with development teams to investigate system issues, coordinate resolutions, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
* Provide day-to-day application support and act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance digital platforms.
* Assist the Product Manager in evaluating new technologies, digital solutions, and future product enhancements.
* Drive project timelines, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Digital Transformation, IT Projects, or System Implementation.
* Candidates with experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transportation industries will have a strong advantage.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
* Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT coordination, and project documentation.
* Familiarity with JIRA or other project management/collaboration tools is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
* Cantonese is required to communicate effectively with local stakeholders. Mandarin is a plus.
