IT Applications Support Specialist (BC Functional)

* Minimum 2 years of experience with BC WMS in a warehouse environment.
* In-depth knowledge of BC warehouse setup (locations, zones, bins, process flows).
* Experience with Insight Works Advanced WMS or Lanham ACE Warehousing (including RF scanner use).
* Proficiency with Lanham E-Ship and E-Receive (especially Pack Line Scanning and Receive Line Scanning).
* Familiarity with Lanham EDI for XML integration with SAP ERP is preferred.
* Basic troubleshooting experience with desktop/laptop hardware and network devices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Clear written and verbal communication.
* Effective multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to cosnova's culture and systems.
* Must be available to work onsite 5 days per week.
