An established international consumer brand is embarking on a major digital transformation programme and is preparing to migrate from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

To support this journey, we are looking for a D365 Business Central Consultant with strong functional expertise and an interest in project coordination and stakeholder management. You will play an important role in the Business Central implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, external partners, and internal technology teams to help deliver a successful ERP transformation.

The Role

As part of the ERP team, you will contribute to the planning, configuration, implementation, and adoption of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on consulting with project-focused responsibilities, working closely with users to understand business requirements while helping keep implementation activities on track.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Coordinate ERP project activities and contribute to implementation workstreams.
* Analyse business processes and help translate requirements into effective Business Central solutions.
* Configure and optimise Business Central modules to support operational and commercial processes.
* Act as a key point of contact for users and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Work alongside internal teams and external partners to help manage timelines, priorities, and project deliverables.
* Collaborate with development teams on customisations, integrations, and system enhancements.
* Assist with testing, user training, system adoption, and change management activities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to maximise value from Business Central.
* Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted functional advisor.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business challenges, working with stakeholders, and helping organisations get the most from their ERP systems.

Desired Experience

* Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Functional consulting experience including requirements gathering, configuration, process improvement, and user support.
* Exposure to ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
* Experience coordinating project activities or leading smaller workstreams would be advantageous.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
* Experience working with integrations or wider business applications is beneficial.
* A proactive approach and desire to develop further project leadership skills.
