GenAI Engineer (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an GenAI Engineer to join an innovative and internationally operating company undergoing significant growth and technological transformation. This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated AI Engineer within the business and play a central role in shaping the future direction of AI initiatives across the organisation.

You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify business opportunities for AI, design scalable solutions, and drive projects from concept through to implementation. Key Responsibilities:

* Take full ownership of AI-related projects and technical initiatives across the organisation
* Design, develop, and implement scalable AI-driven solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI integration
* Evaluate and introduce new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks
* Support strategic decision-making by providing technical expertise and recommendations
* Drive innovation and contribute to the long-term AI roadmap of the company
* Establish best practices and scalable processes for future AI development
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams
* Act as the internal expert and primary point of contact for AI-related topics
* Mentor and support future team members as the AI function expands
