D365 Functional Finance Analyst - Gainesville, TX

We are seeking an experienced D365 Functional Finance Analyst to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with end users, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and ensuring smooth financial and operational processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day functional support within D365 F&O, including reviewing and resolving user service tickets
* Guide users through system navigation and functionality, offering hands-on support ("white glove" assistance)
* Support andoptimize financial processes including:

* Accounts Payable (A/P)
* Accounts Receivable (A/R)
* Procurement

* Work with Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with financial operations
* Assist with integrations and ongoing support for ISVs such as Medius and Concur
* Support core finance functions including General Ledger (GL), banking setup, and ACH payments
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve system usage and efficiency

Qualifications

* 6-8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
* Strong functional expertise in:

* A/P, A/R, and Procurement
* Supply Chain (basic understanding required)
* General Ledger and banking processes

* Experience supporting or integrating with Medius and/or Concur strongly preferred
* Comfortable working in a support-heavy environment with frequent user interaction
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance
* Experience working in environments with customized navigation (e.g., non-standard D365 setups) is a plus
