AI Specialist (New Headcount, Perm role)

Looking for a hands-on AI Specialist to design, build, and scale an AI platform from the ground up. This role will play a critical part in transforming business processes through AI-driven solutions, automation, and data intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end development of AI platform from concept to deployment
* Identify business processes that can be improved using AI and automation
* Design and implement machine learning models, NLP solutions, or AI-driven workflows
* Build scalable AI infrastructure (data pipelines, model deployment, APIs)
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI solutions
* Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
* Ensure model performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement
* Stay updated with latest AI trends and recommend innovations

Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
* 3-7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
* Strong programming skills in Python (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
* Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Experience with data engineering, APIs, and system integration
* Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, or automation tools is a strong plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

* Experience building AI platforms from scratch
* Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines for AI
* Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or AI agents
* Understanding of business process optimization / digital transformation

* Measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, or automation
* Adoption of AI tools across multiple business functions

Nice to Have

* Startup or greenfield project experience
* Exposure to enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HR systems, etc.)
* Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
