D365 BC Technical Lead

A growing organization is seeking an experienced BC Architect/Developer to lead solution design and deployment across multiple simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities:
* Architect, configure, and deploy complex D365 BC solutions including third-party integrations
* Investigate and resolve technical challenges, delivering solutions that exceed end user expectations
* Participate in client-facing status meetings with senior leadership
* Support existing BC environment, including customizations and integrations
* Serve as an internal SME for technical issues
* Build and manage deployment pipelines across lower environments prior to production release

Requirements:
* 5+ years of Business Central experience in an architect or developer role
* Hands-on AL development and system integration experience
* Proficiency in ADO and the broader Microsoft ecosystem: Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, and API frameworks
* Strong understanding of data migration, performance optimization, and BC security
* Excellent communication skills
