Interaction Designer (Senior) - Oslo (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Interaction Designer to join a product-focused engineering environment building complex, data-driven software used in highly technical domains.

This is a great opportunity to work on products where usability, clarity, and workflow design are critical to how users interact with advanced systems.

The Role

You'll be responsible for shaping how users interact with complex software, turning technical requirements into intuitive, effective experiences.

You'll be:

* Designing user flows, interactions, and workflows for complex products
* Creating prototypes and wireframes (Figma)
* Running usability testing and iterating on feedback
* Collaborating closely with engineers and product teams
* Contributing to and working within a design system

What We're Looking For

* 7+ years' experience in interaction or product design
* Experience working on complex, enterprise or technical software
* Strong skills in workflow design and prototyping (Figma preferred)
* Experience with usability testing and user research
* Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
* Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
