Our end-user client in San Diego is looking for a Business Central ERP Manager to take ownership of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and lead the continued optimization of their ERP ecosystem. What You'll Do

Lead and manage end-to-end Business Central implementations

Provide ongoing support, system administration, and user enablement
*

Troubleshoot system issues, performance concerns, integrations, and extensions
*

Act as the internal Business Central Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with operations, finance, and IT teams
*

Drive process improvement and system optimization across the organization
*

Collaborate with external partners when needed to enhance functionality and performance

What We're Looking For

Proven hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations
*

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
*

Solid understanding of BC configuration, modules, and best practices
*

Ability to serve as a trusted SME and advisor to cross-functional business teams
*

Excellent communication skills and experience working in dynamic business environments
