ERP Developer - Global Maritime Company | Fredericia (or Copenhagen)

Location: Fredericia (preferred) or Copenhagen
Salary: Up to 60,000 DKK per month + pension (8%) + bonus
Contract type: Permanent
Work setup: Office-based (min. 4 days a week) with flexible hours



About the Company

We're partnering with a global leader in the maritime and energy sector, operating across 15 offices worldwide with over 600 employees. The company specialises in marine fuel supply and trading, managing its own fleet of tankers and barges to deliver over 15,000 supply operations annually.

With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, the business is also playing a key role in the transition to low-carbon fuels, such as biofuels and green ammonia.

The Role

As their new ERP Developer, you'll join a small but growing in-house ERP team currently preparing for a major transformation - migrating from a NAV environment to a more modern ERP system (final decision on platform still open, and you'll be part of that decision).

In this role, you'll be hands-on with development work in NAV and C/AL, while also helping to shape the long-term ERP strategy and approach to migration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and maintaining NAV / C/AL solutions
* Working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Supporting the ERP migration preparation process
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing new features
* Collaborating with a close-knit ERP team and other departments



Your Profile

We're looking for someone who:

* Has solid experience as an ERP Developer or Technical Consultant (NAV / C/AL)
* Can work independently, take initiative, and deliver results without constant direction
* Has strong communication skills and enjoys working closely with end users
* Is open to exploring other ERP technologies (BC, SAP, F&O etc.)
* Is fluent in English - Danish is an advantage
