The Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer to support a major ERP migration project. You will work closely with a small, growing team and the wider business to prepare and implement a modern ERP system. This is a hands-on technical role where your expertise will directly influence the company's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare ERP for migration, including building portable solutions for customised areas.
* Collaborate with colleagues on support and development tasks.
* Design and develop technical solutions based on business requirements.
* Review and improve ERP strategy across the organisation.
* Work on the full project life cycle, from planning to execution.

Requirements

* Proven experience as an ERP Developer or Technical Consultant.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
* Knowledge of C/AL/NAV development and openness to other ERP systems (BC, SAP, F&O).
* Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
* Experience in both development and consultancy is a strong match.
