Job Title: .NET Developer

About the Role

An established Nordic IT consultancy is expanding its development team in Bergen and is looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join their growing department. This is a permanent position offering autonomy, customer-facing responsibilities, and the chance to work on impactful solutions across multiple industries.

You'll be part of a small, senior team delivering end-to-end solutions, from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance. The environment is pragmatic, low-bureaucracy, and trust-based, giving you the freedom to plan your own work while contributing to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET (Core & Framework), SQL Server, and Blazor.
* Deliver small-to-medium projects independently, including architecture, build, integration, and deployment.
* Engage directly with customers for requirements gathering, demos, and documentation (Norwegian language required).
* Support modernization initiatives and help drive Azure adoption.
* Contribute to standardizing frameworks and improving team processes as the Bergen office scales.

Requirements

* Solid experience in .NET development (Core/Framework).
* Familiarity with SQL Server and front-end frameworks (Blazor preferred).
* Ability to work independently and manage customer-facing tasks.
* Norwegian language proficiency is a must
* Interest in cloud technologies (Azure) and modern development practices.
