What You'll Be Doing:

* Designing, customizing, and enhancing CRM platforms to meet evolving business needs
* Developing and maintaining integrations with other business systems and tools
* Automating workflows and processes to improve efficiency and user experience
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT
* Troubleshooting issues and continuously optimizing CRM performance

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role
* Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
* Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages
* Deep understanding of CRM customization, workflows, and automation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
* Fluency in Finnish (written & spoken) is essential
* English proficiency is a plus
