💼 What You'll Be Doing:

* Lead and mentor a growing team of data engineers working on cutting-edge solutions.
* Architect and deliver scalable data platforms using Azure Data Services, Databricks, Azure SQL, Data Factory, and Python.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
* Take ownership of delivery, quality, and performance across multiple projects.
* Contribute to recruitment and team growth, helping shape the future of the department.



🧠 What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience leading technical teams in a data engineering or analytics environment.
* Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Python.
* A passion for building scalable, maintainable data solutions.
* Experience in hiring and onboarding new team members is a big plus.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Fluency in Finnish
