Our client is a mid-sized Microsoft Partner with a growing Business Central practice that is looking for a Principal Consultant who can act in a Solutions Architect and Program Manager capacity, playing a key role in this expansion.

What You'll Need:

* 5+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
* Strong understanding of core ERP modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and/or Manufacturing
* Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
* Ability to lead or support end-to-end ERP implementations (design, configuration, testing, go-live, support)
* Proficiency with Business Central configuration, workflows, and standard functionality
* Experience with data migration, system integrations, and third-party add-ons
* Familiarity with leading both functional and technical teams in optimal customer delivery
* Experience with Presales, including developing demos for client presentations
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business processes
* Experience supporting user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
* Team Leadership experience including hiring/firing and conducting employee performance reviews
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with business users and executives
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800) are a plus
