Are you an experienced .NET Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? One of Bergen's leading companies within the energy sector is strengthening its engineering team and is now hiring a Senior .NET Engineer to work on modern, business‑critical solutions used across the organisation.

About the Role

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving applications that support operations in the energy domain. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality and scalable software delivery.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain backend services using .NET
* Build and improve front-end features using Angular
* Design cloud-based solutions and services in Microsoft Azure
* Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning
* Ensure high code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
* Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions
* Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Skills & Experience

* 7+ years of experience with .NET development
* Strong experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks
* Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
* Experience with CI/CD, modern DevOps practices, and software lifecycle management
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
* Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken
