Head of AI Capability - Hybrid (London) - GenAI - Machine Learning - Data Science - AI Engineering - Up to £140,000

You Will Work With

* Senior commercial and sales leaders on AI go-to-market initiatives
* Consulting and delivery teams supporting client AI transformations
* External AI experts, mentors, and partners
* Internal stakeholders across learning, partnerships, marketing, and leadership
* A growing global community of AI practitioners and learners



What the Role Involves

* Designing and evolving market‑aligned AI learning pathways (GenAI, ML, AI engineering, data).
* Curating practical, high‑quality content from vendors, platforms, and AI experts.
* Building and growing a global community of AI practitioners, mentors, and alumni.
* Delivering structured engagement through mentorship, events, workshops, and hackathons.
* Using community insight to continuously improve learning outcomes.
* Supporting AI readiness and maturity assessments across strategy, data, technology, and talent.
* Partnering with consulting teams to deliver scalable, client‑ready AI capability frameworks.
* Contributing to AI go‑to‑market messaging, thought leadership, and client engagements as an AI capability SME.

Key Experience

* Strong knowledge of the AI ecosystem (GenAI, ML, data, AI engineering).
* Experience designing or leading learning programmes, academies, or capability frameworks.
* A track record of building and engaging professional or technical communities.
* Comfort operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and commercial conversations.
* The credibility to engage both technical experts and senior business stakeholders.
