Responsibilities:

* In charge of end-to-end cloud platform architectural design, infrastructure set-up, solution planning and implementation
* Identify and handle technical issues throughout the whole project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to enable cloud application deployment, development, and migration projects.
* Assist sales team to do demo for cloud related solutions

Requirements:

* Solid infrastructure implementation hands-on experience, with strong in Microsoft Windows Server and Linux
* Experienced in any of the cloud platforms like AWS, Ali cloud, & Azure
* Certificates of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions are highly desirable.
* Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage

Consulting Manager - Data & Analytics

FRG is partnered up with an established data analytics consultancy in the Western region of Norway who is looking to expand in Oslo.

There teams work endlessly with their customers on value adding projects across all aspects of Norwegian society and social responsibility! As a company they focus heavily within sustainability and partner up with various clients to leverage data and analytics to improve their business in this area.

In total the company has around 40 analytics consultants working with data engineering, platform engineering, data analytics and data science. Analytics have an extensive knowledge of the data/analytics domain and want to increase our position in Oslo

They are looking for a technology / consulting manager to head up the Analytics practice managing a small team within Oslo, but with the company backing to expand in this region. With a wide variety of long standing projects across Stavanger and successfully landing some new initiatives in Oslo and Trondheim, you'll be able to contribute straight away with some very exciting projects.

Projects vary from Aquaculture, Construction, Environmental, Fish Farming and many more.

As an Analytics Consulting Manager you will play crucial role in overseeing and managing technology consulting projects across the region.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead internal IT team and external provider to provide timely support for business operation
* Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests in accordance with pre-defined SLA
* Maintain client devices and peripherals in good working condition with up-to-date security patches
* Prepare and maintain service desk standards, guidelines and procedures
* Propose and deploy client-side solutions in IT and office renovation project
* Contribute ideas to simplify and automate service desk processes and procedures

Skills & Qualifications

* Sold working experience in service desk support/end user computing, preferably in a sizable organization

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the implementation of Microsoft stack solutions, with a focus on D365 and SCM, from architecture design to post-go-live support.
* Manage a team of three direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
* Drive change governance processes, including UAT, testing, and change communications.
