You will have the opportunity to work in interdisciplinary teams on a variety of projects, varying in size and scope. The tech stack is mainly focused on React and .NET Core, with occasional work in Angular, Vue, and Knockout. There is a strong emphasis on geographic information systems (GIS) and map-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core and React.
- Test and evaluate new technologies to integrate into projects.
- Act as a technical advisor to clients and partners.
- Participate in sales and quotation work to create solution proposals, designs, and architectures.
- Work on map applications, providing geographical analysis and visualization.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary teams of varying sizes (from 1-2 developers to 6-7).
- Occasionally work on-site with clients while enjoying the benefits of an in-house team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with .NET Core and React development.
- Experience with Angular, Vue, or Knockout is a plus.
- Cloud experience is beneficial but not required.
- Norwegian speaking is a must.
- A passion for GIS and maps is essential, though prior experience in this area is not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
