Our client is seeking a Senior Business Applications Developer to play a key role in designing, implementing, and upgrading integrated software across ERP, CRM, BI, and Field Service platforms.

In this role, you will be the lead programmer on staff coordinating closely with an ERP applications and IT infrastructure team on any new software improvements, including an upcoming upgrade to the cloud via Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using C# .NET web applications with Visual Studio, JavaScript, and Python.
* Integrate applications with various web services and APIs to enhance functionality and data exchange.
* Support development / integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
* Perform thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions.
* Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field/experience.
* 5+ years experience developing custom business applications using C# .NET web applications, JavaScript, and Python.
* Extensive experience with web service integrations, including RESTful APIs.
* Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
* Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and experience with ORM frameworks.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics Nav preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft PowerApps / PowerBI preferred.
* Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/delivery processes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This role offers between $110-150k base salary plus a profit sharing bonus, excellent medical/dental/vision benefits, and extensive paid time off plan.
