Position Overview:
As a D365 CE Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for our client. Based at our Oxfordshire location, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs, including entity customization, workflows, business rules, and user interface enhancements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
* Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to optimize CRM functionality and user experience.
* Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Dynamics 365 CE.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM technology to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including configuration, customization, and integration.
* Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
