Position Overview:
As a D365 Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business operations. Working from our office in Moorgate, you will take ownership of our CRM system, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in both CRM administration and product ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and administer the CRM system to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
* Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the evolving needs of the business.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and support requests.
* Conduct user training sessions to promote efficient utilization of the CRM system.
* Continuously monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in CRM administration.

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in CRM administration, with hands-on experience in system customization and configuration.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven track record of successfully managing CRM projects from inception to completion.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
