D365 F&O Lead Application Developer

We're seeking a Dynamics 365 and Azure Lead Developer to join our IT department. This role focuses on ensuring successful sprint completion by removing technical obstacles and fostering agile development.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product owners and analysts to translate business initiatives into user stories.
* Guide developers in coding user stories and conducting code reviews.
* Assist in coding when necessary and oversee Dynamics 365 upgrades.
* Contribute to IT strategy and budget planning.

Requirements:

* 10+ years' experience in Dynamics 365 F&O development.
* Proficiency in Azure serverless solutions and Azure DevOps.
* Strong communication skills and Agile experience.

Other Qualifications:

* Retail industry experience preferred.
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Commerce and EDI systems.
