Job Title: Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Overview: As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative CRM solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, design customizations, and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities:

Customization and Configuration:

* Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on business requirements.
* Design and implement entities, workflows, business rules, and custom forms.

Integration:

* Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other business applications and systems.
* Develop and maintain data integrations to ensure seamless flow of information.

Development:

* Develop plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript to extend CRM functionality.
* Create and modify reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or other reporting tools.

Coding and Scripting:

* Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code in C# and JavaScript.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM customizations and configurations.

Collaboration:

* Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure successful implementation of CRM solutions.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.

Testing and Deployment:

* Conduct unit testing and assist in system integration testing.
* Deploy CRM solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

User Training and Support:

* Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of CRM applications.
* Address and resolve user issues related to CRM functionality.

Documentation:

* Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and development activities.
* Keep abreast of new features and functionalities in Dynamics CRM.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role.
* Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and customization capabilities.
* Experience with integration tools and techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus.
