Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement) Solution Architect who is fluent in Swedish to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions for our clients, ensuring they meet their business requirements and objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Design, architect, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions tailored to client requirements.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Configure and customise Dynamics CE to align with client specifications.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
* Collaborate with developers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CE features and functionalities.

Requirements:

* Fluency in Swedish is mandatory.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Dynamics CE Solution Architect, with a minimum of X years of experience.
* Strong understanding of Dynamics CE architecture, components, and capabilities.
* Experience in configuring and customising Dynamics CE, including entity customisation, workflows, plugins, and integration's.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Dynamics CE in a consultancy environment.
* Knowledge of other Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
