Position Overview:
As a Jr Analyst/Developer specializing in the Power Platform, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to meet our client's business needs. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team from the comfort of your home base in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Power Platform suite.
* Develop and customize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
* Perform analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to the Power Platform, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in developing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred but not mandatory.
