D365 F&O Functional Support Analyst

One of our customers, an industry leader in their field, is currently going through a D365 F&O implementation and is looking to expand their D365 F&O team by adding a D365 Support Specialist to the team.



In this role, you will be a key player across the business providing users with the support they need when it comes to troubleshooting and supporting on tickets across the helpdesk function while they go through the transition from Dynamics AX to D365 F&O. In addition, you will be getting involved in creating and implementing training materials, user reference documents and other support materials.



This role will offer a huge amount of growth opportunity, with the potential to learn from a knowledgeable team and develop in to a Business Analyst in the future, supporting system enhancements, upgrade projects and testing for new functionalities.
