Software Engineering Manager - Epsom/Remote - £80-85k

A well-known organisation based in the Epsom area are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join their Systems team.

This role will be focused around coaching and leading a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver marketing automation solutions within a product stream which utilises MS Azure and MS Dynamics technologies. This team is responsible for enabling personalised customer-centric engagement across the division with an overall goal of maximising customer lifetime value.

Your role will include:

* Building, coaching and developing a high performing cross-functioning team utilising agile processes and methodology.
* Working closely with key stakeholders to deliver on business outcomes.
* Performing the role of Scrum Master for the team.
* Leading on recruitment activities including new-starter on-boarding.
* Proactive removal of team delivery impediments.
* Working alongside Architects on the design of new products and features that align with the technical strategy.
* Performing sprint backlog tasks to support the team.
* Product manager coaching and collaboration.

To be a good fit for this role you should be a proactive leader with the following experience:

* A software Engineering background.
* Experience working with MS Azure and/or MS Dynamics technology stack.
* Scrum Master experience.
* People management and coaching experience.
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
