Job Overview: I am seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Dynamics CRM solutions for our clients. As a key member of our consulting team, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and deliver tailored CRM solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis:

* Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and CRM requirements.
* Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to propose effective CRM solutions.

Design and Configuration:

* Design and implement customized Dynamics CRM solutions based on client specifications.
* Configure and customize CRM entities, workflows, forms, and views to meet business objectives.
* Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition to CRM platforms.

Integration and Extensibility:

* Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business applications and systems as needed.
* Extend CRM functionality through the development of custom plugins, workflows, and web services.

Training and Support:

* Provide training to end-users and client stakeholders on effective use of Dynamics CRM.
* Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve CRM-related issues.

Quality Assurance:

* Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are free from defects.
* Implement best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality CRM implementations.

Documentation:

* Create comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Stay Current with Technology Trends:

* Keep abreast of the latest Dynamics CRM updates, features, and industry best practices.
* Provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Consultant.
* Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture.
* Proficient in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and forms.
* Experience with CRM data migration and integration with third-party systems.
* Solid knowledge of CRM SDK, JavaScript, C#, and web services.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.
* Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
