Fullstack Tech Lead

Job Description

As a Fullstack Engineer/Tech Lead, you will lead the development of projects primarily utilizing Web and Cloud technologies while collaborating with consultants/engineers based in Japan and India.

Job Details:
*The job description will change depending on your experience level, but in the future, you will be responsible for the following roles as a Tech Lead:

Upstream process
Identification of issues and solutioning (selection of technology stack and architecture)
Leading and educating the development team regarding the overall technology required for web area development.
Negotiation and coordination with customers and external vendors
Problem-solving when issues arise.
Development experience in web systems, Frontend areas, and Backend systems
Backend: 5+ years of development experience in Java, Python, various DBs, Cloud services, etc.
Frontend: 5+ years of development experience with React or Angular.
Japanese fluent level (N1 or higher), English daily conversation level or higher
