Data Analyst - Reading - £35,000 + bonus

I am working with a well established organisation within the automotive industry who are looking for a Data Analyst to join their growing team. In this role you will work closely with managers and heads of departments of over 10 different functions within the company and deliver to them insightful data visuals. You will work closely with the analytics manager to enable the organisation to become truly data driven and ensure management can make key decisions with data at the heart of their thinking.



As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

* Extract data from various sources and ensure the data is prepared for visualisation
* Create insightful reports in line with stakeholder requirements
* Work to automate all reports in order to streamline the reporting process
* Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and deliver insights effectively to both technical and non-technical members of staff



This is a salaried role paying up to £35,000 per year depending on experience. There is also a company benefits packages which includes a company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and a performance related bonus which is based on company performance.



To be successful in this role you will have.

* Strong SQL skills for data extraction and cleansing
* Experience with any data visualisation tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
* Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication skills
