Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst - IT Application Systems

My Client, a sizeable retail company, is seeking a highly experienced IT Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst. This is a new role, and if you are qualified do not hesitate to take the next step upwards in your career! You will be working with Group affiliates in APAC and local IT partners to implement and improve IT solutions.



Responsibilities:

* Participate in internal implementation projects and handle system configuration.
* Get user requirements and implement in application systems from the development of the business process models to the final testing, delivery and training;
* Prepare IT documentation such as system design documents, UAT test scripts, functional requirement documents and user manual.
* Support users and provide training.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Business Retail or related disciplines
* Working experience in IT or Business Analyst, good business process competences, familiar with ERP (like, Dynamics 365/ SAP/ Oracle) / Logistics or Inventory systems / HRIS or HCM systems will be s plus.
* Good experience in business requirements and process improvement
* Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
