A rapidly growing, family owned food manufacturing company is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support their ERP expansion and optimization efforts.

Following a recent implementation, our client is looking for someone in this role to be responsible for liaising with finance team members on process and reporting optimization efforts.

Your New Role:

* Serve as the primary functional support for D365 Business Central for the accounting & finance department, ensuring system stability and alignment
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
* Lead ERP-related projects including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements tailored to workflows
* Support users with help desk requests, training, and documentation.
* Manage version upgrades and coordinate testing with key stakeholders in operations and finance.
* Act as a key report building resource, leading the transition from Jet Reports to Power BI
* Implement best practices and document SOPs that can be utilized for future upgrades across other subsidiary companies

What You'll Bring:

* 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing D365 Business Central, preferably in a distribution of manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of GAAP, FP&A , and other financial reporting responsibilities within a privately held organization with a high-volume of transactions
* Experience with Jet Reports, SSRS, or Power BI is preferred, not required
* Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with plant managers, finance teams, and IT leadership.
* Proficiency in creating user documentation, training materials, and conducting hands-on support.
* Experience with ERP upgrades and post-acquisition system integrations is a plus.
