    Are you a strategic and outcome-driven IT Manager with experience in ERP and CRM (ideally D365)? Do you have experience of delivering IT transformation, managing budgets, and driving business performance within an global business?

This role is a key member of the Regional and Global Leadership Team, working at the intersection of technology to enhance business operations, and continue strategic growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Global IT Strategy & Leadership: Lead and influence the end-to-end delivery of IT programmes including ERP (D365FO) and CRM (D365CE) within a complex, international organisation.

    -Business Performance & Value Creation: Drive IT-enabled business transformation, process optimisation, and performance improvement to support long-term business goals.

    -IT Transformation & M&A: Lead technology aspects of merger, acquisition (M&A), and divestment programmes, ensuring seamless integrations and transitions.

    -Budget & Financial oversight - Hold responsibility for a multi-million-dollar IT budget, including recurring annual run costs and non-recurring project investments.

    -Cybersecurity & Risk Management - Contribute to cybersecurity improvement initiatives, ensuring IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -5+ years' experience in a senior IT role within an international organisation.

    -Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems (ideally D365)

    -Experience in managing €1million+ IT budgets

    -Experienced in IT transformation, delivering tangible business results through technology.

    -Hands-on experience managing third-party service providers and vendor contracts.

    -Capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and influencing decision-making.
