    Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer

    Location: South West London (On-site in Wimbledon)

    Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE



    About the Role / Company

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing IT Support company based in South West London. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. The company supports a diverse portfolio of clients across both the public and private sectors, with a strong reputation for delivering reliable and responsive IT services.

    As a 3rd Line Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for complex technical issues and escalations, working with the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to strategic IT initiatives. This role offers a clear path to progression, with future opportunities to step into a Lead or Operations Manager position.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Resolve high-level technical issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line teams
    * Provide expert support across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows Server environments
    * Assist with technical projects and client onboarding
    * Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions
    * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing



    Key Skills Required



    * Office 365 support and administration
    * Managing SharePoint permissions
    * Azure Active Directory
    * Windows Server administration
    * Exposure to Mac environments
    * Networking (LAN / WAN)



    Desirable (Not Essential)

    * Experience working in a consultancy or MSP environment
    * M365 certifications
    * Familiarity with ITIL practices

This permanent position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects that shape the future of digital solutions. The role requires an enthusiastic candidate who thrives in an innovative environment.

    Job Responsibilities

    * Serve as the Product Owner to handle internally developed platform (based on Power App)
    * Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects-from discovery and requirements gathering to project management, implementation, support, and customer satisfaction.
    * Use Microsoft Planner to track progress and facilitate team communication.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful execution.
    * Conduct user research to validate product alignment with user expectations.
    * Partner closely with the internal tech team and expternal vendor to support deliverables and execute the digital roadmap.
    * Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations.
    * Define and measure KPIs to assess project success and drive continuous improvement.
    * Communicate effectively with business wwners, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
    * Support additional digitalization initiatives and projects as assigned.



    Job Requirements

    * Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation project/product management or similar.
    * Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
    * Project management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner).
    * Proven experience in digital product ownership and agile methodologies.
    * Experience working with multi-functional and multi-location teams.
    * Background in logistics domain is a strong advantage.
    * Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is a plus.
    * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    * Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
    * A proactive, service-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
