My client is hiring for a Dynamics CRM candidate with strong development skills. The perfect fit will spearhead the development, customization, and enhancement of our CRM system, bridging technology and business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to grasp their needs, converting them into technical specs for Microsoft Dynamics.
* Create, maintain, and optimize custom CRM features, workflows, and plugins to improve user experience and streamline operations.
* Coordinate with our internal dev team to ensure CRM integrates smoothly with other software and systems.
* Manage the entire CRM project cycle from design to deployment, including testing and ongoing support.
* Act as the go-to tech expert for CRM queries and issues, offering timely solutions.
* Design and conduct training sessions and materials for users to effectively use the CRM.
* Develop and update comprehensive technical documents like code annotations, system diagrams, and user manuals.
* Partner with QA teams to conduct unit, integration, and UAT to meet business needs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
* Experience in real estate investment, private lending, or financial services is advantageous.
* Solid background in CRM development and customization, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent.
* Proficient in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, Python, etc.
* Knowledge of Azure, PowerApps, and the Microsoft suite.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Analytical thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities.
* Organized and detail-oriented, adept at juggling multiple projects.
