Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Business Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 products to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing IT related business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing valuable insights to drive decision-making in the agriculture sector.



Responsibilities

* Collect, analyze, and interpret IT-related data within agricultural operations, market trends, and financial performance using Dynamics 365.
* Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to identify and implement process improvements using Dynamics 365, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain IT-focused reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
* Work closely with IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and contribute to the development of strategic plans for the agriculture sector, utilizing Dynamics 365 capabilities.
* Elicit and document IT-related business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Dynamics 365 functionalities.



Qualifications

* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 products.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with agricultural IT processes, technologies, and market trends is a plus.
* Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
