Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Data & AI

Job Description

My client is a listed company ad leading player in manufacturing industry with business presence around the globe. They are currently seeking a Senior Manager/ Associate Director, who will play a crucial role in leading the IT department, with a focus on data analytics, process improvement and AI empowerment of the business operation.

Role & Responsibilities

* Develop and execute data analytics strategy to align with company's digital transformation objective.
* Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics and AI technologies for enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth.
* Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of AI solutions across the organisation.
* Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure, providing timely technical support to resolve issues and minimize downtime.

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience of at least 8 years in IT leadership roles, with a focus on data analytics and AI implementation.
* Knowledge of manufacturing industry, especially garment manufacturing would be essential.
* Proficiency in data analytics tools, methodologies, data visualization and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
