Senior SharePoint Developer - Hybrid role

A leading international law firm specializes in innovative legal solutions for top financial institutions and Fortune Global 500 companies across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. Currently seeking a Senior Application Developer with expertise in SharePoint.

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager of Product Delivery, the Senior SharePoint Developer will analyze, design, develop, and support SharePoint solutions. Responsibilities include ensuring standardization of SharePoint objects and processes, driving quality improvements, and maintaining the SharePoint environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Farm, Site Collection, and Site Administration
* Development of custom features
* Utilization of Client Script Object Model (CSOM), CSS, and C#
* Adherence to industry best practices and standards
* Implementation of SharePoint and Nintex workflow standards
* Collaboration with other SharePoint resources for technical recommendations
* User training and documentation
* Maintenance and implementation of UI designs

Proficiencies:

* Extensive SharePoint Knowledge (On-Prem 2016+, and Office 365)
* Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, C#, HTML
* Basic Knowledge of ASP.NET, TSQL, SOAP, XML/JSON, CSS
* T-SQL performance tuning techniques
* Experience with SQL Server 2012-2019
* Effective communication skills
* Strong technical leadership and attention to detail
* Experience with Application Lifecycle Management software

Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree required
* Minimum 5 years' experience with SharePoint development
* Minimum 2 years' experience as Admin for SharePoint
* Minimum 1 year experience with MS SQL Server 2012/2019 development
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
