Technology Advisor - Drammen

We are looking Technology Advisor to oversee the development and implementation of software projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Your role will involve:

* Providing guidance on technology choices and strategies to meet project goals
* Leading project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
* Conducting risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on progress
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team

We are looking for you to bring:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Proven experience in a project management or product owner role
* Experience leading projects in areas such as: software development, cloud migration, or IT consulting
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus
