Nigel Frank named in New York’s 50 Best Companies to Work For

We are thrilled to announce for the second year running, we have been named as one of the top 50 companies to work for in New York state.

Director of our New York office, Kevin Jarvis, said he was “excited and proud to be named within the top 50 companies to work for. After coming 2nd last year, we were all extremely proud of the company and for this to continue onto another year is brilliant. We are all anxious for April’s awards to find out our rank.”

Created in 2007, these annual awards are a distinctive programme, that evaluates and ranks the best places of employment, based on:

• Employee satisfaction

• Engagement

• Workplace practices and policies

Companies must enter into a two-part survey process to be considered for the awards, and specific eligibility requirements must be met, meaning companies must:

• Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity.

• Be a publicly or privately held business.

• Have at least one facility in the state of New York.

• Have a minimum of 15 employees working in the state of New York.

• Be in business a minimum of 1 year.

Nigel Frank will be honored at a public awards dinner to be held the Albany Marriott on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, from 6 pm to 9 pm During the event, we will learn our rank among the top 30 companies in the category for small- and medium-sized employers with 15-249 U.S. employees.
