    Our client is a growing Food Manufacturer that is seeking a hands-on consultant to support their Dynamics NAV and ProcessPro environment.

    In this role, you will be closely working alongside their finance team to maintain system continuity and fill key functional gaps within Dynamics NAV and ProcessPro. The goal is to ensure day-to-day financial operations are running smoothly while supporting internal teams across core modules.

    Responsibilities:

    * Provide hands-on support across Dynamics NAV and ProcessPro system.
    * Assist with day-to-day accounting and transactional workflows.
    * Support core modules including AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
    * Troubleshoot system or process issues and ensure timely resolution.
    * Maintain data accuracy and consistency across financial processes.
    * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity.
    * Provide light documentation or knowledge transfer as needed.

    Skill Set Needed:

    * Strong, hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV and Process Pro.
    * Understanding of modules in Dynamics NAV and ProcessPro - including AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
    * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    * Nice to have: CPA

    What you'll be doing:

    * Build and enhance ERM/RIM solutions using Microsoft Purview and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell)
    * Develop automation for retention labels, metadata enrichment, and disposition workflows
    * Improve data quality and streamline records processes through integration's and tooling
    * Partner with stakeholders to translate compliance and RIM requirements into scalable technical solutions
    * Troubleshoot and optimize systems while driving continuous improvement

    What you bring:

    * 7+ years of development experience, ideally within ERM/RIM or information governance
    * Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview and Power Platform
    * Experience building workflows, automation, and integration's
    * Understanding of federal records regulations (NARA, OMB, FOIA)
    * Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

    Nice to have:

    * Experience in federal or regulated environments
    * Integration experience with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint
    * Knowledge of metadata standards, retention schedules, and governance frameworks

    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Finance Solutions Architect to join their team, specializing in the construction and professional services sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing finance solutions that drive operational excellence and support business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead the design and implementation of finance solutions tailored to construction and services industry requirements.
    * Oversee the deployment and optimization of the Project Management & Accounting module (this is an absolute must-have).
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
    * Provide subject matter expertise on financial processes, compliance, and best practices within the construction and services domain.
    * Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
    * Ensure integration of finance systems with other business applications (e.g., procurement, payroll, project management).

    Requirements:.

    * Demonstrated, hands-on experience implementing the Project Management & Accounting module in an ERP environment (must-have).
    * Deep understanding of construction and services industry financial processes, including project costing, revenue recognition, and contract management.
    * Active CPA designation (Certified Public Accountant) - required
    * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    * Experience with large-scale ERP implementations in multi-entity or multi-country environments.
    * Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and reporting requirements.

    Role Overview
