    Our client is a well-established food & beverage distributor who heavily utilizes Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as various EDI and EShip applications, to run their daily operations.

    They've recently implemented Business Central and looking for an inhouse Analyst to lead applications integration and improvement efforst as the company continues to grow.

    Your New Role:

    * Lead support efforts on the organization's Microsoft Business Central ERP
    * Design and develop reports, simple pages, and simple customizations for the ERP system
    * Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
    * Troubleshoot system errors
    * Provide training to users on ERP processes and provide support to internal ERP users and Production floor ERP users.
    * Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
    * Manage and improve integrated technologies, specifically with WMS systems
    * Act as an inhouse EDI support resource
    * Develop reports, analytics and dashboards using Power BI.
    * Make recommendations and modifications to business applications required for the continual growth of the business
    * Support and enhance internal line of business applications in conjunction with ERP system.
    * Coordinate Application and Process Change management relating to business applications.

    What You'll Need:

    * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
    * Manufacturing and warehousing process knowledge
    * Experience with CRM and/or EDI integrations is a plus, not required
    * Ability to interface well with users to solve their short and long-term problems
    * Experience documenting current business processes and identify areas of improvement
    * Experience with Jet Reports, SQL Server, or Power BI
