    About the Role: As a PowerApps Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and testing of Power Platform solutions, with a primary focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.     Key Responsibilities:

    * Design, code, test, debug, document, and support Dynamics 365 customizations across various business areas including Finance, Sales, Retail, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Distribution.

    * Architect, plan, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, demonstrating expert-level knowledge.
    * Collaborate with business departments in requirements gathering, analysis, and specification, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
    * Cross-train development staff on D365.
    * Utilize proper source control practices through Team Foundation Services (TFS).
    * Participate in system upgrades, scoping, and code migrations.
    * Evaluate upgrade paths and continue implementation of business areas into the D365 environment.

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    * MCP D365 technical certification.
    * Extensive experience in D365 development, with a focus on X++, creation and modification, and unit testing, including at least few years on D365 F&O.
    * Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server & T-SQL (Significant professional experience).
    * Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (Considerable experience).
    * Development experience for at least two D365 implementations that achieved go-live, with at least one being on-premise.
    * Proficient in troubleshooting database performance issues.
    * Experience in installation/configuration & upgrades.
    * Familiarity with LCS and deployments.
    * Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
    * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    * On-call availability required.



    Preferred Qualifications:

    * General business process and development knowledge in finance areas such as GL, AP, and AR.
    * Experience with inventory and Warehouse Management support.
    * Familiarity with manufacturing and MRP processes.
