We're looking for a Senior D365 F&O Systems Manager to lead the optimization and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across financial and operational functions. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert-level support for D365 financial modules, ensuring optimal configuration and functionality.
* Identify and implement system improvements to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
* Oversee integrations with IT, ERP, and security teams to ensure seamless data flow.
* Deliver reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise standards

Skills & Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with strong systems integration knowledge.
* 4+ years of hands-on D365 configuration experience
* Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
* Strong grasp of financial and supply chain principles.
* Familiarity with data integration and extraction tools.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven leadership in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
